You pay at the end of each Tour / Transfer.

  1. How will I find the Bus / Minibus / Taxi for my Tour / Transfer?

After the reservation we provide all the necessary informations and photos to you by E-Mail.

  1. How do I know what kind of Tours and description of them do you offer?

By sending E-Mail, information request to us.

 How can I make a reservation?

You can book by E-Mail through the website by giving your arrival information, names/surnames, number of persons, mobile telephone.

  1. How much do Tours / Transfers cost?

It depends on the Tour / Transfer. We offer the best prices. Please contact to request a price quote. It is not allow by law to post our prices in the website. Fares for Tours / Transfers are subject to change every year because of petrol, Archaeological entrance fees, Guides, etc.

  1. Can I pre-book my Tours / Transfers?

Yes, after you make the final payment on your Hotel or Cruise, you can pre-book your Tours / Transfers directly with us.

  1. When should I reserve my shore excursion?

Because some Tours sell out quickly, we recommend reserving your Tour as far in advance as possible.

  1. Will I have any free time to explore on my own during the Tour?

This really depends upon the Tour. The local Guides are considered top experts on local history and sights, offering you a chance to fully appreciate and experience their hometowns. Our Tours are designed and organized in such a way as to maximize your and yet allow sufficient free time as well.

  1. Can I take my camera and binoculars?

Sure you can. All Tours allow you to bring both a camera and binoculars. After all you are there to see the sights and attractions of your destinations. Some Tours, however, may have special directions regarding safety and use of this during the more physically, demanding activities and excursions. In some places ( religious sites, military areas ) taking photographs is not permitted.

  1. Do the transportation vehicles have child seats?

Yes, we provide child car seats by request free of charge. All of our vehicles do have seat belts.

  1. What happens when the cruise / airline changes its arrival time or it does not arrive at all for any reason?

When the arrival time changes the transfer will be adjusted. When the Airline / Cruise cancels its arrival you don’t have to pay anything. We have the ability to monitor and know the arrival time or cancellation of any Airline / Cruise.

  1. Is it possible in last minutes to bring some friends of me without reservation to your company?

Yes it is possible. Please contact us by E-Mail or SMS ( Tel: 0035799465693 ) to check for any seats availability. We will respond IMMEDIATELY.

  1. Is there a minimum number of participants on Tours?

Yes, but in the last season, none of the Tours has failed due to lack of participants. This apply exclusively for the Tours with a travel Guide. By informing your friends or other guests about the Tour, it is very easy to organize it. Just in case of any cancellations we will inform you well in advance and the latest 4 days before your arrival.

  1. What kind of vehicles do you use?

The size of the Tour groups varies depending on the season etc. Usually on the summer months groups are larger compared to the winter months. But for your comfort we never put together too many persons. Mostly we use minibuses with seats for 8,10,14,22,32 passengers. We have as well buses for 55 passengers for those who are interested.

  1. Is there a risk I’ll miss the ship if I don’t book through the cruise line?

No. The Cruise lines would like you to believe that independent tour operators carry this risk, but we are well aware of your ship’s departure time and our Tours are designed to get you back to the ship with time to spare.

  1. Are children’s prices available?

Yes. Many of our Tours offer prices for children under the age of 11 years. Toddlers aged 3 and younger sitting on a parent’s lap ( i.e not occupying a seat ) are free for most Tours.

  1. Are gratuities for the driver and travel guides included in the price?

No, gratuities are optional. If you liked it, you are welcome to leave a tip.

  1. Can I purchase water during my Tour / Transfer from the Bus?

We offer free bottle of water for our guests.
